to your Catholic faith. Thank you for that!

If you are asked to serve in either of these roles in a Church outside of
our Grouping, you will need certification of "a Catholic in good standing".
This is a pre-printed document that will be filled in with your name and 
signed by Fr. Matt, Fr. Lou, Fr. Ward or Fr. Jim.
It is your responsibility to get it to the correct Church and Pastor.
